The winds of injustice are howling
Hurling them to and fro
They can’t get a footing
They can’t get their bearings
They’re drowning in violence and need

Prince of Peace, hear our cry
Pull them up for air
Hold them together in grace
Anchor them in freedom and provision

We call on you, O Blessed Word
Creating new life from chaos

We call on you, Bright Morning Star
Lighting the way with bright hope

We call on you, Prince of Peace
Our Shelter and Savior, forever
